The Process
Below is our simplistic plan to winning your work and completing our element of the works, however we understand that every project is unique and therefore by definition situations change.

As a can-do organisation, with a collaborative attitude, we will of course be as flexible as possible to clients' needs and requirements. Our only focus is to get the job done.

Planning
​
Get in touch
Either telephone, email or direct from the website. Tell us your requirements and please supply as much information, drawings / specification (including a Sewer Drawing), site address and a contact phone number.

Quotation
The above information is the fully costed and a firm quotation and programme of works is supplied to you via email.
​
Order
​
Order Acceptance
If the quotation is acceptable, and order is placed by the client, agreement is reached in respect of Terms and Conditions and fundas re passed over by the client to cover fees to the various bodies.

Site Meeting
If the above quotation is acceptable, a full site visit and survey is then undertaken once payment of the deposit has been received by DSC.
​
Design Element
If it is found that the project requires a design element from Direct Sewer Connections, our engineers are able to design and gain required approvals.
​
Local Authority Liaison
Direct Sewer Connections then immediately liaise with the Local Authority and other relevant parties.
​
Licences
In tandem with the above, the various Licence requirements are put in place.
We can obtain approval from the local water authority on your behalf.

The Works
​
Site
Direct Sewer Connections then control the project in excavation, pipework, connections, backfill, making good and reinstatement.
​
Completion
​
Handover
At handover, a Completion Certificate including S106 approval (if applicable) is issued once the outstanding balance has been received.
