How to obtain a Sewer Map

Before we can quote you for the works we will need you to provide us with the Sewer Map of your area. Below we have outlined the main Water Companies in the country and the steps you can follow to request a sewer map with invert (depth) levels from them. The process to obtain this map can take from 1 to 8 working days. As soon as you receive the Sewer Map please fill out the form here or email it to us on sales@directsewers.co.uk along with any site maps, drawings, site address and your contact details and we will get back in touch with you within 5 working days.

Severn Trent Water

Send it to GISmapping@severntrent.co.uk

Severn Trent will then contact you to collect payment over the phone.

Thames Water

Send an email requesting a SEWER Map to searches@thameswater.com with:

Once you have registered click on "Place new order" and follow the instructions.

We require the "A3 Sewer Map".​

Yorkshire Water

Click on "Get Started and Order your Maps" and follow the instructions.

We require the "Electronic PDF with invert depths".
